Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, with 6 bedrooms (2 king, 3 Queen, 1 Full), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, 1 gas and 1 electric fireplace, 2 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi Internet, pool table and Foosball. The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided. Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (Keurig and regular).
The house features deck overlooking the lake with a propane (provided) BBQ grill, fire pit (firewood is not provided) and private dock.
Boat from the private dock. Guests have access to 2 single kayaks, boat, canoe and life vests.
We encourage you to enjoy the community clubhouse, pools, and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by Emerald Lakes Community such as basketball court, indoor pool, Main Beach, are minutes away by car.
Outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day weekend to the last weekend before Labor Day weekend, and on Labor Day weekend.
The house is located minutes from the Mt Airy Casino (9 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono Nascar 500 (8 miles), Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park, Kalahari and ski area: Bushkill Falls, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Water Gap (18 miles), a short ride to malls (the Premium Outlet or along Route 611), movies, Wal-Mart, restaurants, horseback riding and paintball.

Prices vary to the seasons from $300 per night to $820 per night (non-holiday). Property fee is $400 which includes cleaning fee, registration, garbage removal, sheets, and towels. All prices have 9% Pennsylvania tax added to cost. Please send me inquiries about specific dates. Acceptable method of payments is PayPal (no fees on my side), Venmo, Zelle, cashier check, or money order.
Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of their amenities, (per person):
